• After undertaking a 2 year part time course of study in New Zealand, consisting of New Zealand Property Legislation and Office practice and other relevant topics, I am a New Zealand certified Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.
• This qualification is achieved by less than 15% of all Real Estate practitioners in New Zealand and ensures that potential issues are identified & dealt with in a professional & thorough manner.
