You may have noticed it has been a wee while since our last postcard, sorry about that. Life has been a little more frantic than usual.
So far this year we have sold 45 homes with a total value in excess of $15,750,000 ! Which is a pretty impressive tally when you consider that I sold 52 properties in total last year!
Better still we have been able reward ourselves with some R & R and catch up with the whanau thus creating some much needed balance in our busy lives.

I am really enjoying my new Peugeot 407. I loved the rumble of my V8 but with climbing fuel prices it was becoming a bit expensive to run, especially with the mileage that you clock up selling real estate. Martin googled the internet,
ran up a spreadsheet and came up with diesel as being the most cost effective (even with road tax).
To cut a long story short ... we arrived at Supreme Classic and met the lovely Adrian Harris. We took a Kia Sportage for a test
drive and it just wasn't me.
Then we took the 407 HDi for a drive and loved it! Adrian arranged for us to take the demonstrator home for the weekend. I love working with great sales people, where nothing is too much trouble.
I was once looking at cars in Hawkes Bay and asked
to take a Holden for a test drive and the salesman shrugged his shoulders and acted like I was interupting his day! Needless to say I didn't
buy a Holden.
